SCRAP
Individual Prints: 25.00$
Series 12/12: 250.00$

Something that has kept me sane throughout life is understanding that everything is temporary; a beautiful yet terrifying concept that is carried throughout my work.
My ongoing series “SCRAP” brings light to pivotal moments in industry that demonstrate growth or decay. When everything that once was, becomes simply nothing at all in the blink of an eye. I photographed these locations initially for their essence. Once I arrived I was in awe of the perishing architecture and the forgotten stories each place held. The Pratt-Pullman Train Yard, andtheAtlanta Prison Farm are both relics of Georgia and its extensive industrial growth since WWI. They are both soon to be demolished and I will cherish the time I spent with them in their final days.
My attraction towards materials of industrialization like concrete, glass, and metal continues to become more and more apparent every day. I grew up with theses surroundings and in Atlanta the only thing that stays constant is change.

What action leaves you feeling sane, fulfilled, stoked or proud?
That is your art and don’t ever stop.
